摘要
为了提高冲压式蜂窝煤成型机的传动效率,对其执行系统进行了优化设计,采用虚拟样机技术,基于ADAMS对装配了扫屑机构的冲压式蜂窝煤成型机整体结构进行了仿真分析。仿真结果表明,优化后的蜂窝煤成型机的机械系统是完全可靠的,整个系统的刚度性能、使用性能、运动的精度和稳定性能都能满足蜂窝煤成型机正常运行的整体性能要求。
To improve the transmission efficiency, reduce the mechanism' s site area and improve work efficiency and protect the environment,the honeycomb briquette forming machine reasonably installed a sweep crumbs institution. Based on ADAMS environment simulation analysis is carried out for honeycomb briquette forming machine. The results show that the mechanical system honeycomb briquette machine is stable and reliable. The performances of assembly and movement can satisfy the requirement of honeycomb briquette machine.
