摘要
谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶是机体内重要抗氧酶系之一。它的活力和含量 ,反映机体清除自由基的能力。自由基对细胞结构的损伤很大 ,随着年龄的增长 ,抗氧化酶活力逐渐下降 ,从而引起自由基及脂质过氧化产物日益增多 ,最终导致机体衰老和老年性疾病的发生 [1 ] 。本试验试图探讨 DNA对谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性影响从而探索
Glutathione reductasec(GSH Px) is one of the most important antioxidase systems in body. Its activity and contant reflects the capactity of clearing free radicals. Free radicals make a dectruction to cells constrution. With the age growing, activity of antioxidase system dechines graditccally, causing the products of free radicals and liposome peroxide increasing, eventually leads to the body ageing and geriantric disease. This testing picture discuss the influence of DNA on activity of Glutathione raducfase (GSH Px). There by exploring the influence of DNAS resisting force to free radicals.
