同步放化疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌临床效果评价

Efficacy of Concurrent Radiotherapy and Chemotherapy for Advanced Cervical Cancer

目的:对中晚期宫颈癌患者应用同步放化疗的临床效果进行评价。方法:本研究的研究对象为2013年2月-2014年2月,笔者所在院就诊的中晚期宫颈癌患者中,患者随机分为观察组(n=18,行同步放化疗)及对照组(n=17,仅给予单纯放疗)。比较两组近期疗效及2年总体生存率。结果:观察组患者近期总有效率为94.44%,而对照组则为64.70%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),2年总体生存率两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:同步放化疗可提高中晚期宫颈癌患者的近期疗效及2年总体生存率。因此,可以在临床推广运用。

Objective： To evaluate the efficacy of concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy for patients with advanced cervical cancer.Method： From February 2013 to February 2014, 35 patients with advanced cervical cancer treated in our institution from were randomly divided into the observation group（n=18） and the control group（n=17）, the observation group was treated with concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy, the control was treated with radiotherapy.The rate of overall efficacy and two-year overall survival outcome were compared between the two groups.Result： The total effective rate in the observation group was 94.44%, the control group was 64.70%, there was significant difference in two groups（P〈0.05）, and the 2 year overall survival rate of the observation group were better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy for advanced cervical cancer can improve the short-term and long-term outcomes, it can be popularized in clinical.
