记忆合金环抱与可吸收钉对肋骨骨折患者呼吸功能的影响对比

摘要 目的:对比记忆合金环抱与可吸收钉对肋骨骨折患者呼吸功能的影响。方法:选取2014年2月-2015年2月笔者所在医院接诊的100例肋骨骨折患者作为本次研究对象。按照随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用记忆合金环抱进行治疗,对照组采用可吸收钉进行治疗,观察两组患者治疗后肺功能。结果:观察组VC占预计值%、MVV占预计值%、FEV1/FVC%[(98.32±8.31、99.59±9.01、105.63±10.21)%]均优于对照组[(82.42±8.53、85.02±7.79、88.76±9.63)%],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:记忆合金环抱比可吸收钉对肋骨骨折患者呼吸功能改善效果更佳。 Objective: To investigate the effect of memory alloy embracing and absorbable screw on respiratory function in patients with rib fracture. Method: From February 2014 to February 2015, 100 cases with rib fracture in our hospital were researched.They were randomly divided into the observation group/rod the control group.The observation group was treated with memory alloy embracing, the control group was treated with absorbable screw, the pulmonary function of the two groups were observed after treatment.Result: The VC aclount for estimate, MVV aclount for estimate, FEV1/FVC% in the observation group were (98.32 ± 8.31, 99.59 ± 9.01, 105.63± 10.21)%, they were better than (82.42± 8.53, 85.02 ±7.79, 88.76 ± 9.63)% in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion: The respiratory function is improved better on fracture of rib with memory alloy embracing than absorbable screw.
