摘要
目的:分析流程优化护理分诊对门诊提高患者就诊预检分诊准确率及患者满意度的效果。方法:选择2015年4月-2016年4月在笔者所在医院门诊就诊预检的患者90例,并将其随机分为为试验组与参照组。试验组给予流程优化护理分诊,参照组行常规护理分诊,对比两组的分诊准确率及患者的满意度。结果:试验组与参照组的分诊准确率分别为93.33%、77.78%,且试验组各条目患者的满意度评分均高于参照组,两组相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:流程优化护理分诊后,可有效提高患者就诊预检分诊的准确率及患者的满意度。
Objective: To analyze the pre triage accuracy and patients satisfaction effect of process optimization of nursing triage.Method: From April 2015 to April 2016 in our hospital outpatient, 90 patients were selected, and were randomly assigned to the experimental group and the reference group.The experimental group was given the process optimization of nursing triage, the reference group was given routine nursing triage, the two groups of diagnostic accuracy andpatient satisfaction were compared.Result: The diagnostic accuracy of the experimental group and the reference groupwere 93.33% and 77.78%, respectively, and the satisfaction scores of the patients in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group, there were significant differences in the two groups(P〈0.05).Conclusion: Process optimization of nursing triage, which can effectively improve the patients pre triage accuracy rate and patient satisfaction.
