摘要
电子档案是档案管理的发展方向,其自身具有纸质档案无可比拟的优势,也有广阔的发展空间。但是,目前情况下,电子档案的安全性,包括真实性、保密性、完整性、通用性及不可预知的灾难等,都存在这样或那样的问题。如何解决这些问题,需要企业领导和档案管理人员深入思考和应对。
Electronic archives is the development direction of archives management.It has incomparable advantages compared with paper files. At the same time it also has a broad space for development. However it has a number of problems of the authenticity, security, universality, integrality and unpredictable disasters at the current situation. It needs enterprise leaders and lectronic archives managers to think and reply deeply, thus solving these problems.
