Study on endogenous power for derivation and diffusion of technological small and micro enterprises

基于扎根理论,对天大求实电力新技术股份有限公司衍生扩散的内生动力进行案例研究,提出影响科技型小微企业衍生扩散的四大内生动力,即企业家能力、技术创新、企业管理制度和市场营销策略,以期通过对内生动力的研究为促进科技型小微企业长期可持续发展提供理论和经验参考。

Based on grounded theory, a case study is carried out on endogenous driving force For Qiushi Power Technology Share Company Ltd of Tianjin University and four endogenous driving force for small and micro enterprises are proposed for diffusion derivative technology, namely entrepreneur ability, technology innovation, enterprise management system and marketing strategy, in order to promote scientific and technological small and micro enterprises and to provide theoretical and empirical reference for sustainable development through the study of endogenous motivation.
