摘要
目的 :探讨真菌感染对胃粘膜细胞增殖与凋亡的影响。方法 :采用脱氧核糖核酸末端转移酶介导的dUTP缺口末端标记 (TUNEL)技术、增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)免疫组化染色观察了部分胃病并真菌感染患者及对照组胃粘膜细胞凋亡与增殖情况。结果 :真菌阳性组与阴性组相比 ,浅表性胃炎患者细胞凋亡指数 (AI) ,凋亡指数与增殖指数 (PI)的比值 (AI PI)显著升高 (P <0 0 5 ) ;胃溃疡患者AI,PI,AI PI均显著升高 (P <0 0 1,P <0 0 5及P <0 0 5 ) ;肠化生患者PI显著升高 (P <0 0 1) ,AI PI显著降低 (P <0 0 5 ) ;胃癌患者PI显著升高 (P <0 0 5 ) ,AI,AI PI显著降低 (P <0 0 5及P <0 0 1)。结论 :真菌对胃粘膜细胞增殖与凋亡的影响 ,在炎症反应期 ,主要是引起细胞凋亡的增加 ,加大炎症反应 ;到肠化生和胃癌阶段 ,则表现为细胞凋亡抑制 ,增殖增加 。
Objective:To investigate the effects of fungus infection on the gastric epithelial cell proliferation and apotosis Methods:Using terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated nick end labelling(TUNEL) technique and PCNA immunohistochemical staining,the apoptotic cells and proliferating cells in situ in gastric disease patients with fungus infection and in the control groups were observed Results:Compared with the fungus negative groups,in the fungus positive groups,the apoptotic indexes(AI),the ratio of apoptotic indexes and proliferation indexes(AI/PI) in chronic superficial gastritis were significantly higher(P<0 05),the AI and proliferation indexes(PI),the AI/PI in gastric ulcer patients were all significantly higher(P<0 01,P<0 05,P<0 05),the PI in intestinal metaplasia were significantly higher(P<0 01,the PI in gastric carcinomas were also significantly higher(P<0 05),but its AI were significantly lower(P<0 05),the AI/PI in intestinal metaplasia and gastric carcinomas were all significantly lower(P<0 05) Conclusion:Fungus infection mainly causes increased gastric epithelial apoptosis in phlogistic phase,but in intestial metaplasia and gastric carcinomas,it suppress cell apoptosis and increase cell proliferation,and help to the occurrence and development of gastric carcinomas
