主体间性导向下的高校学生管理改革研究

Research on Reform of the Management of College and University Students Under the Guide of Inter-subjectivity

由于我国近代高校发展时间相对较短,而对学生管理的认识跨度却很大,造成许多地方出现"过程发展迅速,效果不尽如人意"的情况。高校学生管理主体间性要求作为整体的高校尽力保证学生的个体主体性得到发挥,在此基础上加以适当的限制和约束,才能使整体利益最大化。要求高校的学生管理部门要转变思想,变过去单纯的"管理学生"为"服务学生",在对现实进行了解的基础上,通过深入的理论研究,提出符合当前高校实际情况并具有建议性的研究成果。

In contrast of the relatively short development time of modern universities in China,the span of students＇ knowledge management is very large,which results in the situation that＂the process is developing rapidly and the effect is not satisfactory＂. The inter-subjectivity of college and university students＇ management requires the university as a whole to make every effort to ensure the individual subjectivity of the students to play. On this basis,appropriate restrictions and restraints can maximize the overall interests.Therefore,it is required that the student management department of colleges and universities should shift its thinking from ＂management students＂to ＂serve the students＂,on the basis of understanding the reality,the paper puts forward the research findings,which are in accordance with the actual situation of colleges and universities.
