积极心理学视域下的工科大学生心理健康教育体系构建研究 被引量:14

摘要 当前,大学生心理健康的问题受到越来越多的关注,而工科大学生因其自身学科特点在心理问题上也表现出其独有的特征。文章从工科大学生心理健康教育的现状及问题分析入手,对工科大学生心理状况及个性特征进行分析,并构建积极心理学视域下的工科大学生心理健康教育模块体系。该体系包括个体水平上主观积极情绪体验模块、个体水平上积极人格特质完善模块和心理预控水平的积极预防和教育模块。同时,提出"建立心理健康教育工作机制,建立健全心理危机干预和防御应急工作机制,开展基于希望体验的目标教育和基于积极体验的体育竞技活动,加强与工科大学生培养模式有机结合的心理健康实践教育环节"等工科大学生心理健康教育的实效性对策。 The current college students' mental health issues have been more and more concerned,and engineering students themselves also show their unique characteristics on psychological problems due to discipline features. This paper starts with analysis of present situations and existing problems of college students' mental health education,analyzes psychological status and their personality characteristics,and builds a corresponding modular system from the perspective of positive psychology. This system includes subjective emotional experience module and positive personal characteristics consummation on the individual level,as well as positive environmental system module and positive precaution of psychological precontrol level and education module. Moreover,this paper proposes the establishment of mental health education working mechanism,and the establishment of intervention and emergency working mechanism of sound mental quality crisis,and implements goal-oriented education based on experience and sports competition activities,reinforces practical mental health education practices,which are organically integrated with engineering college students' cultivation pattern and more strategies so as to reinforce the effectiveness of engineering college students' mental health education.
