Green Finance in China

绿色金融是绿色经济发展的动力,而绿色经济则是绿色金融发展的基础。绿色经济发展的规律表明,我国已经处在环境库兹涅茨曲线的拐点,正在进入绿色经济和绿色金融大发展的起点。文章研究表明,绿色金融既包括促进环保节能技术进步的金融业务和产品,也包括适应经济结构转型,为绿色产业提供服务的金融业务和产品。因此,应该按照绿色金融业务的公共品和私人品属性,采取不同的绿色金融业务组织模式。

Green finance is the driving power for the development of a green economy, but without the green economy, there is no room for green finance. The Chinese economy is at the turning point of the environmental Kuznets curve and at the starting point of the green economy and green finance. Green finance includes financial business which promotes technological progress of environmental protection and energy saving, as well as financial service which boosts economic structural transformation. Green finance should take different business models for public goods and private goods.
