摘要
青年创新意识和创业能力提升既是建设创新型国家的战略需求,也是新时期破解青年就业难题的重要选择。文本以具有相似文化背景的香港创业经验为例,力求在创业教育的师资队伍建设、案例教学推动、外部生态环境培育、本土优势化发展等方面探索和借鉴一系列有助于大陆地区青年创新意识和创业能力提升的有效路径,推动大陆地区青年创业教育的发展。
Youth＇s innovative sense and capability promotion is both a strategic demand from construction of a new-typecountry and an important choice to settle youth＇s unemployment. The current essay cites Hong Kong pioneering experience withsimilar cultural background as an example in an attempt to explore and learn a set of effective approach in construction onteaching staff for pioneering education, case teaching promotion, external eco-environment cultivation and local optimizeddevelopment that benefits the youth＇s innovative sense and pioneering capability promotion in Chinese mainland and facilitatetheir pioneering education development.
