摘要
大学章程文化个性可以界定为大学章程在制定与执行中所表征的制度文化特质,狭义上涵盖了民族文化传统、学术文化传统与院校文化传统。以此理论框架分析英、德、法三部大学章程的文本,可发现不同国家的大学章程表现出各自的民族教育特色、学术传统特色与院校历史文化特色诸方面的文化个性,并蕴含自由教育、学术自由和核心竞争力三方面的文化共性。
At present, it's necessary to study the cultural personality of university statutes, which has the ten- dency of homogeneity. The cultural personality of the university statutes can be defined as the system culture char- acteristics in the formulation and implementation of the university statutes. In a narrow sense, the cultural person- ality of university statutes covers the national cultural tradition, the academic culture tradition and the university culture tradition. Using the theoretical framework to analyze the texts of western university statutes, we can find that different countries showed their respective cultural personality, which includes national characteristics of ed- ucation, academic traditional characteristics and historical and cultural characteristics of colleges. And it also con- tains cultural commonality of three aspects,which are liberal education, academic freedom and core competive- ness.
