摘要
目的:报告中职学生毒品预防教育干预试验的研究设计、干预方案和基线情况。方法:成立干预方案研发组制定干预课程;立意选取武汉市两所中等职业学校分别作为干预和对照学校,一年级全体学生纳入研究,其中干预组490人,对照组680人。基线调查包括人口学特征、个人能力、社交能力、毒品拒绝技能、毒品认知和毒品使用倾向相关内容。采用SPSS 20.0进行数据分析。结果:干预方案命名为"快乐成功技能课堂",包括8次1小时的课程,采用互动式授课;研究对象平均年龄(15.6±0.9)岁,男女生各占一半;干预组和对照组间的基线调查结果基本平衡。结论:本研究在国内属于一种开拓性的探索,研究结果将为今后大范围开展中职学生毒品预防教育干预试验奠定基础。
Objective:To report the study protocol and baseline characteristics of an intervention trial for preventing illicit drug use among secondary vocational students. Methods:One research team was organized to develop the prevention program. Two secondary vocational schools were purposely selected and assigned into the intervention group and control group respectively. There were 490 and 680 students in the intervention and control group, respectively. Baseline information included demographic characteristics, programrelated knowledge, personal competence, social competence, drug refusal skills, congnition of harms related to drug use of drugs and intention to use illicit drugs. Data were analyzed by SPSS 20.0. Results :The program was named "Skills for Happiness and Success" (SHS) and comprised eight one -hour interactive sessions. The average age of students was 15.6 a ±0.9 a. Half of students were boys and half were girls. The baseline characteristics were almost balanced between intervention group and control group. Conclusion:The present study was a pioneering exploration in the domestic research field for preventing illicit drug use. This work would lay the foundation for large - scale intervention trials in the future.
