摘要
在互联网时代下,企业组织在成长过程中面临更为复杂的外部环境,有效的组织学习机制和模式的构建显得更加重要,知识更新速度快、学习资源丰富甚至冗余、学习节奏高效、团队学习要求突出等要求企业必须构建高效稳定的组织学习模式。本文以联想复盘式学习模式及其在相关多元化战略制定执行过程中的应用为案例,分析了复盘式学习模式的特点,对在互联网时代下构建有效的组织学习模式有重要意义。
Under the age of the Intemet, enterprise organizations face more complicated external environment in the process of growth, effective organizational learning mechanism and model building becomes more and more important, knowledge update speed is fast, efficient learning resources redundancy, even rhythm, outstanding team learning requirements for enterprises must build a highly efficient and stable model of organizational learning. Based on Lenovo' s Replay learning model and its application in related diversification strategy implementation process as a case, this paper analyzed the characteristics of Replay learning mode, to under the age of the lntemet to construct effective organization learning model has important significance.
