摘要
企业家思想对组织文化的形成与发展具有重要作用,本研究以海南航空创始人陈峰为例,基于组织文化四层次模型,从理念、制度、个性和背景层面探究其"仁商"管理思想影响下的海航文化,研究组织文化的形成和发展过程,得出主要结论:组织文化的形成和发展是一个复杂的过程,是一个从个性到共性(个性层面、制度层面到理念层面),又从共性到个性(理念层面、制度层面到个性层面),循环往复不断演化的过程,背景层面文化贯彻整个过程,发挥着影响并选择其他三个层面文化的作用。
Entrepreneurial mindset is significant for organizational culture' s formation and development. Taking the example of the founder of HNA Group, Feng Chen, the research explores HNA Group culture under his "Ren" management thoughts through four-layer organizational culture model, concept, regulation, personality and background, as well as organizational culture' s formation and development. The research gets the result that it is a complex progress for organizational culture' s formation and development; this progress is from personality to generality (from personality lever, regulation level to concept level), then back to personality (from concept level, regulation level to personality level). Among this circle evolution, background level culture implements the whole progress, playing the role that influences and selects other three level cultures.
