晋江市中小学生脊柱侧弯调查分析

Analysis the scoliosis in Jinjiang primary and middle school students

目的了解中小学生脊柱侧弯患病情况及变化趋势,为政府及教育、卫生行政部门制定防治政策提供依据。方法 2015年5月,在晋江市市区全部小学和中学中随机抽取小学4所和中学6所;对被抽取的4所小学4~6年级和6所中学7~12年级的在校生进行脊柱侧弯普查,统计不同年龄组、不同性别的患病率。结果 10所学校受检学生共21 415名,查出阳性例数154例,均为特发性脊柱侧弯,患病率0.72%;男学生69例,女学生85例。小学组患病率0.19%、初中组患病率0.86%、高中组0.83%,其中脊柱双弯类型59例,胸弯43例,腰弯29例,胸腰弯23例。结论中学生的脊柱侧弯患病严重,政府部门应加大对学生、家长和老师的宣传力度。

Objective To understand the prevalence and changing tendency of scoliosis among primary and middle school students in Jinjiang City, and to provide evidence for the government and education and health administrative departments to make scoliosis prevention policy. Methods May 2015 in Jinjiang City all primary and middle schools, six randomly selected from 4 primary schools and middle schools; to be selected primary schools from grade 4 to 6 and 6 high schools in Grades 7-12 students for scoliosis investigation, statistics for different age groups and different gender prevalence. Results 154 with idiopathic scohosis had been found in 21415 students,the prevalence rate was 0.72%, including schoolboy 69 cases and schoolgirl 85 cases, including 59 cases of double curved spine,43 cases of thoracic curve, 29 cases of lumbar spine bending and 23 cases of thoracic and lumbar spine curve. The prevalence rate was 0.19% ,0.86% and 0.83%＇ in primary school,middle school and high school group. Conclusion Middle school students have serious scoliosis,the government departments should increase the students,parents and teachers propaganda.
