摘要
目的探讨手术室与供应室一体化管理的方法与效果。方法通过回顾性分析,将采用手术室与供应室一体化管理之前的2009年5月—2009年6月与一体化管理之后的2009年7月—2009年8月,分为对照组与观察组,对比2组的手术器械包消毒及灭菌质量情况、手术室及供应室人员满意度及手术间歇时间。结果实行手术室与供应室一体化管理之后,手术器械包消毒及灭菌质量、手术室及供应室人员的满意度较一体化管理之前明显提高,手术间歇时间较一体化管理之前明显缩短。结论手术室与供应室的一体化管理能够有效提高手术器械包的质量,最大化利用所有资源,提高手术室工作效率,值得大力推广。
Objective To explore the method and the effect of the operating room and supply room integration management. Methods Through a retrospective analysis,will use the operating room and supply room before the integration management in May 2009-June 2009 and integration management after July 2009-August 2009, divided into control group and observation group, compared two groups of operation instrument set of disinfection and sterilization quality and the supply room staff satisfaction and intermittent operation, the operating room time.Results The operaling room and supply room integration management after operation instrument set disinfection and sterilization quality, operating room,and integration of the supply room staff satisfaction is improved obviously, before surgery before integration of intermittent time is shortened obviously.Conclusion Operating room and the view of integration management can effectively improve the quality of operation instrument set, can effective use of all resources, improve the work efficiency of operating room, is worth promoting.
