摘要
成人高校德育工作长期被边缘化已经是不争的事实,由此带来的后果可能也会是很严重的。成人德育被边缘化究其原因,既有社会转型期特殊的社会大环境,国内成人高校"知识本位"的思想作怪,也有德育课程设置不合理、德育方法缺乏针对性、德育工作者自身素质等因素。因此,应当对德育在成人高等教育中的定位有准确认识,转变育人理念、设立针对成人学员特点的课程内容和德育方法,提升德育师资队伍水平,改变成人德育的困境。
It is an indisputable fact that the moral education in adult colleges and universities has been marginalized for a long time,and the consequences may be very serious.The reasons are not only the special social environment in the period of social transformation and the mischief of the"knowledge-based"in the domestic adult colleges,but also the unreasonable setting of moral education curriculum,the lack of pertinence of moral education methods and the quality of moral educators themselves.Therefore,we should have a correct understanding of the orientation of moral education in adult higher education,change the education concept,set up curriculum content and methods of moral education pertinent to adult learners' characteristics,improve the level of moral education teachers so as to change the predicament of adult moral education.
