基于社区教育平台的创新人才培养策略研究——以常州市为例

On Cultivation Strategies of Innovative Talents Based on the Platform of Community Education——A Case Study of Changzhou

目前常州市创新人才缺乏,还面临着人们对"创新人才"的理解不够透彻,对于创新人才的发展持陈旧的观念,创新人才的培养机构单一等三方面的问题。而社区教育的教育连续性、社会适应性、教育手段多样性都是培养创新人才的优势。为了改变常州市当前创新人才现状,结合社区教育完成创新人才培养任务的优势,讨论基于社区教育平台的创新人才培养策略对常州市创新人才培养有着重要的意义。

The number of innovative talented persons in Changzhou City is inadequate.Furthermore,people have no deep understanding for innovative talents.They still hold old-fashioned values for the development of innovative talents and regard the school education as the only cultivating bodies.However,community education has advantages of cultivating innovative talents,which are continuous education,adjustment to society and various educational means.In order to change the present situation of innovative talents in Changzhou City,it is of significance to combine with the advantages in completing the task of training innovative talents with community education and discusses the strategy of cultivating innovative talents based on the platform of community education.
