摘要
文章根据现有的五轴联动B、C型双转台数控机床结构,设计了一种简易灵巧的五轴联动机械平台.该平台机械部分主要由X,Y,Z轴方向移动及B,C轴的转动组成,B,C轴的2旋转中心线交于C盘中心点,这样简化了坐标变换.这种设计不仅能实现同类五轴数控机床一次装夹条件下的多面加工,还可用于多轴联动示教和激光空间切割等.
According to the existing five axis linkage B, C type double rotary table CNC machine tool structure, this paper designed a simple and smart five axis linkage mechanical platform. The platform of mechanical part is mainly composed of X, K Z moving direction and B/C rotation axis, B, C axis of the two rotation center coincide, so that the transformation of the coordinates is simplified. This design can achieve the same five axis CNC machine tool with one Clamping, and be used to multi-axis laser cutting.
