催乳汤口服配合少泽穴揉按治疗产后缺乳60例疗效观察

Curative Effect Observation on 60 Cases with Postpartum Hypogalactia by Taking Galactagogue Herbal Decoction and Massaging Shaoze

目的:观察催乳汤口服配合少泽穴揉按治疗产后缺乳的临床疗效。方法:60例产后缺乳患者,采用催乳汤口服配合少泽穴揉按,观察泌乳量改善情况以及年龄、产后时间对疗效的影响。结果:痊愈24例,好转29例,未愈7例,总有效率为88.3%,其中肝郁气滞型的有效率优于气血虚弱型和痰湿阻滞型,年龄20~29岁组与30~39岁组患者疗效无差异,就诊时间于产后一周内的与超过一周的患者疗效差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:催乳汤口服配合少泽穴揉按治疗产后缺乳疗效显著,以肝郁气滞型及产后一周内就诊者效果最佳。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating postpartum hypogalactia by using galacta- gogue herbal decoction and massaging Shao ze （ SI1 ）. Methods： sixty Patients with postpartum hypogalactia were given galactagogue herbal decoction and massaging Shao ze（ SI1 ）. Observed the clinical effect and the in-fluence of the age and the time after delivery on the treatment. Results：After the treatment, 24 cases recov- ered, 29 cases had effectiveness, 7 eases failed. The total effective rate was 88.3% , and effective rate of the type of liver Qi stagnation - type of deficiency of qi and blood - type of stagnation of phlegm - damp. The 20 - 29 age group had no obvious difference than in the 30 -39 age group. The group would see the doctor in one week after delivery had more remarkable efficacy than in the group after one week. Conclusions： Galactagogue herbal decoction and Massaging Shao ze（ SI1 ） has obvious effect on postpartum hypogalactia, especially on the patients with liver Qi stagnation and the Patients to see the doctor in one week after delivery.
