基于社会交换理论的城市居民对公共图书馆感知及其支持度研究——以天津市图书馆为例

Urban Residents' Support and Perception for Public Library based on Social Exchange Theory——Case study on Tianjin Library

公共图书馆是服务城市居民的重要设施,城市居民是公共图书馆服务的主要对象。作为一种信息知识的供求关系,居民对图书馆的影响感知主要体现在经济、社会文化及环境等三个方面。在获得图书馆提供"利益"的同时,居民自身也需要付出一定"成本"。这种成本—获利的关系将决定城市居民对公共图书馆的支持水平。

The public library is the important facility of urban services, urban residents are the main object of public library service, as a kind of information and knowledge of the relationship between supply and demand, the perceived impacts of residents on library mainly reflected in three aspects： economy, society, culture and environment. While obtaining the ＂benefits＂ from library, the residents themselves also need to pay a certain ＂cost＂. The relationship between the cost and profitability will determine the support level of urban residents on public libraries.
