论中职学生的社会化教育

On the Socialization Education of Students in the Secondary Vocational School

中职教育以培养合格的技术技能人才为目标,中职学生要逐步理解和认同社会规范和制度,成为社会合格成员,这使得中职学生社会化教育迫在眉睫。受学生自身因素、家庭教育、学校教育以及社会认知偏差等因素影响,中职学生社会化教育中存在很多问题。中职学校要从加强社会主义核心价值观教育、改革中职课程体系、强化通识教育和心理健康教育等方面入手,切实提高中职学生社会化教育的成效。

The goal of the secondary vocational school is to train qualified technical talents. Students in the secondary vocational school should gradually understand and comply with the social norms, and become qualified members of the society. So the socialization education is imminent to the students in the secondary vocational school. There are many problems in the socialization education. These problems are caused by the factors of students themselves, the education in the family and in the school, social bias, and so on. In order to improve the effectiveness of socialization education, we should strengthen the education of core values, reform the curriculum system, strengthen general education and mental health education, and so on.
