原发性肝癌T淋巴细胞浸润和精氨酸酶-1表达的相关性研究

T lymphocyte infiltration and its relationship with arginase-1 in primary hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)

摘要 目的观察原发性肝细胞癌(HCC)和癌旁组织中T淋巴细胞浸润和及其和精氨酸酶-1(Arg-1)之间的关系。方法利用肝癌组织芯片和免疫组化方法,检测原发性肝癌和癌旁组织中CD3、CD4、CD8和Arg-1蛋白的表达。纳入分析的共41例HCC、36例癌旁组织。结果 CD3、CD4、CD8和Arg-1在肝癌组织中的表达明显低于癌旁组织,癌旁组织中CD3的表达和淋巴结转移及血HBsAg阳性相关,未发现Arg-1的表达和T细胞标志物之间有明显的相关性。结论 HCC中T细胞浸润和Arg-1表达减少,癌旁组织中T细胞浸润和Arg-1表达增多可能和肝脏局部炎症反应和抗肿瘤免疫功能下调有关。 Objective To explore the infiltration T lymphocytes and expression of arginase 1 in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Method Immunohistochemistry and tissue array were used to detect expressions of T lymphocyte markers and Arg-1 in HCC tissue array. Forty one HCC and 36 para-cancerous specimens were collected for this project.Results Expressions of CD3, CD4, CD8 and Arg-1 were lower than those in para-cancerous tissues. No relationship was found between the protein expressions and patho-clinical features in HCC loci. However in para-cancerous tissues CD3 expression was correlated to HBsAg in patient serum and lymph node metastasis.Conclusions T lymphoeytes infiltration and Arg-1 expression was down regulated in HCC. In para-cancerous tissues, higher Arg-1 and T lymphocyte infiltration might be the resuks of local inflammation which is benefit to tumor initiation and metastasis.
