目的通过调查安阳县疟疾防治人员工作现状,为疟疾防控措施提供科学依据。方法采用对疟防人员问卷调查、疟防知识闭卷测试及实践技能操作相结合的方法进行数据分析。结果安阳县疟疾防治人员队伍不稳定、待遇偏低、疟防知识、血片制作及血片判断准确率偏低。结论当前安阳县疟防人员队伍不稳定,从业人员疟防知识应知应会率偏低,血片制作及判断水平有待提高。
