长白山区硅藻土提纯处理及红外光谱分析 被引量:3

摘要 采用煅烧和酸洗法对长白山地区硅藻土进行提纯处理,测试提纯处理前后硅藻土比表面积,分析不同煅烧温度和H_2SO_4浓度对其比表面积的影响;利用HITACHI S-3400型扫描电镜表征提纯处理前后的硅藻土形貌,FTIR-7600型傅里叶变换红外光谱仪分析红外光谱,从而确定提纯的最佳工艺.研究结果可为长白山地区的硅藻土综合利用提供技术支持. Diatomite in Changbai Mountain region was treated with calcined and acid-treating to increase its purity. The crude diatomate and puridied diatomate were tested by measuring the specific surface area,we analyzed different calcination temperatures and sulfuric acid concentration on its specific surface area; The surface morphology and infrared spectrum of diatomite was characterized by scanning electron microscopy HITACHI S-3400 and infrared spectrometer FTIR-7600 so as to determine the best technology of purification,and provide technical support for diatomite comprehensive utilization in Changbai Mountain region.
