摘要
对双层水泥稳定碎石结构一层铺就涉及的理论支持、强度形成环境、工艺流程、设备选型与组合、粒料最大粒径等问题进行了探讨,并得出结论双层水泥稳定碎石结构一层铺就有益于提高结构层整体强度、刚度、防裂性能及抗弯力学性能;通过优选机械设备并合理匹配、组合,可实现结构层的拌和、摊铺与压实。
This paper discusses the theoretical support, strength forming environment, techniqueprocess, equipment selection and combination, crush material maximum diameter of one-layerpaved way of double-layer cement crushed stone structure. Conclusion is that one-layer pavedway of double-layer cement crushed stone structure benefits to enhance structure layer integritystrength, stiffness, anti cracking performance and bending mechanical properties. By the way ofoptimization of equipment and reasonable matching and combination, mixing, spreading andcompaction of structure layer can be realized.
