摘要
研究首先通过三官能度氨基聚醚T5000增韧剂对环氧树脂基体进行增韧改性,将其冲击强度从1.8 k J/m^2提升至4.8 k J/m^2左右,并且材料的拉伸强度并未出现大幅下降。将增韧后的树脂基体用于渗透型环氧防水涂料的开发。对比有T5000改性前后的防水涂料柔韧性测试表明,改性后防水涂料可绕20 mm弯曲无裂纹,材料柔韧性得到提升。试验同时发现,随着溶剂用量的增加,涂料对混凝土渗透性能、涂料的表干时间、实干时间都逐渐增加,结合样品的粘结性能,溶剂含量为70 phr时,涂料的综合效果最佳。
The three faculties of amino polyether T5000 (toughening agent) is used in the research to toughen epoxy resin. The impact strength is increased from about 1.8 kJ/m2 to 4.8 kJ/m2, and the tensile strength does not decline sharply. The toughened epoxy resin matrix is used to the development of permeable epoxy waterproofing coatings. The flexibility of waterproof coating is compared with the TS000 before and after modification. The tests results showed that, modified waterproof coating can be wound around 20 mm without crack, and the material's flexibility is improved. The experiment also finds that with the increase of the amount of solvent, the penetration performance of the coating, the surface dry time and the hard dry time of the coating are also gradually increased. Combined with the binding property of the sample, when the solvent content is 70 phr, the comprehensive effect of the coating is the best.
