教师关怀行为与小学生学业成绩的关系:成就目标定向的中介作用 被引量:12

Relationship between Teachers' Caring Behavior and Academic Performance of Primary School Pupils:The Mediating Role of Achievement Goal Orientation

摘要 基于自我决定理论,使用教师关怀行为问卷和成就目标定向量表对656名小学生进行调查,探讨教师关怀行为、成就目标定向和学业成绩之间的关系。结果显示:(1)教师关怀正向预测小学生的学业成绩和掌握接近目标,负向预测掌握回避目标和成绩回避目标,而成绩回避目标负向预测小学生的学业成绩;(2)成绩回避目标在教师关怀与小学生学业成绩的关系中的中介效应显著,但掌握接近目标、掌握回避目标和成绩接近目标则未发现中介效应。 Based on the self-determined theory, 656 primary school pupils were investigated with teachers' caring behavior questionnaire and achievement goal orienta- tion scale, to investigate whether and how the a- chievement goal orientation played a mediating role between teachers' caring behavior and pupils' aca- demic performance. Results revealed that ( 1 ) teach- ers' caring behaviors positively predicted pupils' academic achievement and rientation, while negatively mastery-approach goal o- predicted mastery-avoid-ante goal orientation and performance-avoidance goal orientation; the performance-avoidance goal orienta- tion negatively predicted pupils' academic achieve- ment; (2) the partial mediating effect of perform- ance-avoidance goal orientation was significant, while other dimensions of achievement goals were not sig- nificant.
