摘要
舰船上电子设备安装密集、使用频繁,雷电的电特性会对舰船电子设备产生极大的破坏作用,所以雷电监测是舰船水文气象保障中不可或缺的保障内容,防雷预警工作的任何纰漏都将直接导致保障任务的失败,造成不可挽回的严重损失。文章通过研究雷电产生发展的物理规律,分析目前我国较先进的闪电监测设备——多普勒天气雷达和SAFIR3000监测系统的监测方法,提出了一种更为准确、可靠的保障方式,并成功地应用于舰船水文气象保障实践中。
With its electrical characteristics, lightning causes severe damages to electronics that densely installed and frequently used on ships. Therefore, lightning monitoring is an indispensable part of maritime meteorological support for ships at sea. Any mistakes and omissions in lightning warning will directly result in the failure of such support tasks with irrecoverable and heavy losses. This paper presents a more accurate and reliable support mode after researching lightning physics and analyzing the monitoring methods of Doppler weather radars and SAFIR3000 monitoring system,both of which are the most advanced lightning monitoring equipment in China. This mode has seen successful applications in the maritime meteorological support for ships at sea.
