摘要
文章介绍了葫芦岛市海洋气象监测业务建设现状,应用新建绥中县叼龙嘴海洋加密自动站监测资料开展海上搜救气象服务保障工作情况和天气学诊断方法,分析了2009-05-14葫芦岛海域海上大风的高低空环流形势,找出了造成海陆风差异的原因:1.春季海陆之间的冷气团和暖气团不一样,在一定的高低空环流背景之下,有可能出现东南气压高、西北气压低的海陆之间的差异,因此气压的梯度增大,这是春季容易出现西南大风的主要因素;2.春季渤海海陆风的不同和渤海上空的高低急流之间有着对应关系,导致海陆风速出现大小的不同;3.海洋潮汐对海风有反馈作用。
This paper describes the construction status of marine meteorological monitoring business in Huludao City. The meteorological services safeguard for the sea search and rescue are provided by using monitoring data from the new Diaolongzui encryption automatic station in Suizhong County. By means of weather diagnosis method, the air circulation patterns of strong winds at sea in Huludao waters on May 14, 2009 were analyzed. And the reasons that caused the sea breeze differences are found out. The first one is that there exist differences of warm and cold air mass between land and sea in spring. Under the appropriate level of air circulation background, it may show the high southeast pressure and low northwest pressure differences in land and at the sea, resulting in large pressure gradient. That is the main reason for the spring southwest gale. The second one is there is a certain correspondence between breeze differences in Bohai sea and high and low altitude rapids over Bohai sea in spring. It caused a direct result of differences in wind speed of the land and the sea. The third one is the ocean tides have a feedback effect on sea breeze.
