摘要
文章阐述了常用电涌保护器件(气体放电管、压敏电阻、瞬态抑制二极管等)的特性和应用,通过对各电涌保护器件伏安特性的分析,了解了各种保护器件的性能差异,为在实际雷电防护电路设计中合理使用电涌保护器件提供理论依据。
This paper analyzes the features and applications of commonly used surge protection devices such as gas discharge tube, varistor and transient voltage suppressor etc. Through analyzing the voltampere characteristics of the surge protection devices, the differences in performance of the various protection devices are known and a theoretical basis for the rational use of surge protection devices in the actual lightning protection circuit design is provided.
