摘要
用化学方法将石墨烯用硅烷偶联剂A1100进行了改性,然后将改性后的石墨烯涂覆在玻纤表面,最后将涂覆了石墨烯的玻纤用于改性PA66,研究了在不同的涂覆质量分数下,涂覆于玻纤表面的石墨烯的形态和石墨烯对玻纤/PA66复合材料弯曲强度及界面结合的影响。结果表明,当涂覆质量分数在0.1%~0.3%时,石墨烯能以舒展的片层状形态涂覆于玻纤表面,并且玻纤/PA66复合材料的弯曲强度也得到大幅地增加,对界面有增强效果;而当质量分数大于0.5%时,涂覆于玻纤表面的石墨烯发生卷曲或聚集出现严重的团聚现象,降低了玻纤/PA66复合材料的弯曲强度,对界面增强效果不明显。
Graphene was modified with silane coupling agent A1100, and then was used to coat chopped glass fibers by impregnation. The coated glass fibers were used to reinforce PA66 resin. The effects of different coating concen- tration on the graphene form on the fiber surface, on the interface bond between fiber and matrix and on the bending strength of fiberglass/PA66 composite were investigated. The results showed that graphene could be coated on glass fiber surface in the form of stretched film, and the bending strength of fiberglass/PA66 composite was improved sig- nificantly when the concentration was 0. 1% -0. 3% ;but when the concentration was greater than 0. 5% ,the gra- phene coat on the glass fibers became crimped or agglomerated, resulting in the reduction of the bending strength of the composite and the poor enhancement of the fiber/matrix interface.
