摘要
沙河口区教研工作以"理念新塑,角色重铸,多维推动"为工作思路,以"多部联动,多元促动"为工作方式,以"助推校本研修常态有效开展,带动教师专业持续主动提升"为工作目标,创造性地开展教研工作,促进了区域教师专业发展。
In Shahekou district,the thinking of work of teaching research is ＂rebuild notion,recast roles,promote multi-dimensionally＂,and the work style is＂cooperation of pertinent units,promotion by multi-subjects＂,and the aim is＂to help to enhance routine school-based research and to drive teachers＇ professional active promotion＂,thus doing teaching research creatively and promoting regional teachers＇ professional development.
