免疫2号颗粒对HAART后免疫重建不全艾滋病患者CD4^+淋巴细胞计数的影响 被引量:51

Effect of Immune No.2 Granule(免疫2号颗粒) on CD4^+ Counts of AIDS Patients with Immune Reconstitution Deficiency after HAART

摘要 目的观察中药免疫2号颗粒对高效抗转录病毒疗法(HAART)后免疫重建不全艾滋病患者的免疫重建效果。方法将361例HAART后免疫重建不全的艾滋病患者随机分为治疗组189例和对照组172例,分别采用免疫2号颗粒+HAART(治疗组)和免疫2号颗粒模拟剂+HAART(对照组)治疗72周,并于治疗前及治疗后12、24、36、48、60、72周时检测两组患者CD4+、CD45RA、CD45RO淋巴细胞绝对值计数。结果治疗后两组患者CD4+淋巴细胞计数绝对值均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且治疗72周时治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。随着治疗周期的延长两组患者CD45RA淋巴细胞计数、CD45RO淋巴细胞计数均呈上升趋势(P<0.05);治疗72周时治疗组CD45RA淋巴细胞计数上升更明显(P<0.05),CD45RO淋巴细胞计数两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论免疫2号颗粒能增加HAART后免疫重建不全艾滋病患者的CD4+淋巴细胞数量,从而改善机体免疫力。 Objective To observe the effect of Immune No. 2 Granule on immune reconstitution of AIDS patients with immune reconstitution deficiency after highly active antiretroviral therapy( HAART). Methods Randomly divided 361 AIDS patients with immune reconstitution deficiency after HAART into treatment group( 189 cases) and control group( 172 cases). Respectively used Immune No. 2 Granule + HAART for the treatment group and Immune No. 2 granule simulation + HAART for the control group,both treated for 72 weeks. Examined absolute counts of CD4^+、CD45RA、CD45RO lymphocytes of patients in both groups before treatment and 12,24,36,48,60 and 72 weeks after treatment. Results After treatment,CD4^+lymphocytes counts of patients in both groups all increased compared with that before treatment( P〈0. 05),with the treatment group remarkably higher than the control group at the 72 th week after treatment( P〈0. 05). With treating cycle extension,CD45 RA and CD45 RO lymphocytes counts of patients in both groups all showed rising trend( P〈0. 05); rising of CD45RA lymphocytes counts in the treatment group was more remarkable at the 72 th week after treatment( P〈0. 05). There was no statistic significance in the difference of CD45RO lymphocytes counts between two groups( P〉0. 05). Conclusion Immune No. 2Granule could increase number of CD4^+lymphocytes of AIDS patients with immune reconstitution deficiency after HAART and could improve body immunity.
