近二十年来我国高校专任教师学历结构变化分析

Research on the Degree Structure Composition of the Faculty in Recent Twenty Years

通过对我国1994—2014年高校专任教师学历结构数据研究分析发现,20年来我国高校专任教师数量增长迅速,学历结构整体上呈逐年提升趋势,学历结构中的高学历有所提升和优化,但也存在着教师学历结构仍以本科学历为主体、生均高学历教师数值偏低、教师平均受教育年限亦偏少等特点。要提高我国高等教育质量,应着力改善高校教师学历结构、注重教师发展,加强师资队伍建设问题。

Based on the analysis on the data of the faculty degree composition from 1994 to 2014, this paper finds out slight raise among the Doctor and Master degree holder faculty, but it shows that the main body of the faculty is still with bachelor degree, the figure of the number of the Doctor and Master holder faculty still very low if divided by the number of student, nor the mean education year receiving by faculty was very low. Therefore, to improve the quality of higher education in our country should focus on improving the degree composition of the faculty, paying attention to the teacher construction problems, such as faculty development.
