摘要
学习共同体是一种以自愿为前提,以共同愿景为纽带,以参与、对话和合作为核心的学习型组织。在为期两年的"你我同行·学会学习"学习指导工作坊实践中,40名文华学院的一年级学生被施以文化创生、权利赋予、对话交流和共同建构等策略,构建了具有愿景、参与、对话、合作和归属等要素的学习共同体。研究发现,学习共同体模式能有效促进大学生自主学习。学习共同体模式对提高大学生课程学习效果、提升大学课堂教学质量和丰富大学教学方法具有重要意义。
Learning community is a kind of learning organization with willingness as the premise, shared vision as the bond and participation, interaction and cooperation as the core. In the two-year "Learning to Learn" workshop practice, such strategies as cultural creation, empowerment, communication and co-construction were implemented to 40 freshmen of Wenhua College to structure a learning community possessing vision, participation, dialogue, cooperation, affiliation and other factors The research findings show that the learning community mode can effectively promote college students' self-regulated learning and is of great significance to enhancing college students' learning effect, improving the quality of college teaching and enriching college teaching methods.
