摘要
文化育人的实质是学校把自身看作一个文化机构,以文化传播的方式促进学生的全面发展,真正实现"以文化人"。文化育人的要素主要包含:历史性要素、环境性要素、主体性要素和开放性要素。高职院校要实现文化育人的目标,必须结合自身特点,深入挖掘相关要素的内涵,深刻体味其精神价值和理性追求,以一种整体的文化观推进育人工作。
The essence of cultural education is that one school regards itself to be a cultural institute, promotes comprehensive development of students through cultural transmission, and really achieves "cultivation of people by culture". Its elements mainly include: historical element, environmental element, subjectivity element and openness element. To realize the target of cultural education, higher vocational colleges must combine their own features, further excavate connotations of relevant elements, deeply appreciate its spiritual value and reasonable pursuit, thus propel education with an integral cultural view.
