抗战时期山西沦陷区的农业经济——基于满铁平遥县南政村调查之分析

抗战时期山西沦陷区约占全省总面积2/3以上,而沦陷区农村则无疑是山西抗战史研究的重要内容。当时满铁北支经济调查所关于《山西省农村概况调查——以在平遥进行的生产分析为中心》的报告,对平遥县南政村土地、人口、农户阶层、农作物、生产要素、生产成本等作了详细考察。受战争的影响,该村役畜不足、肥料短缺,导致农业产量不高及租税费、劳动费高涨等现象,形成农业生产的恶性循环。在此情势下,当时土地零散、规模很小的小农经济难堪重负,致使当地本已破败贫困的农业经济每况愈下。

The enemy - occupied area Japanese War. The research about the in Shanxi villages province covers an area of two - thirds during the Anti - in the enemy -occupied area undoubtedly has to be im- portant part of the research of the War of Resistance. However, it remains unsubstantial up to now. This paper takes the survey report named as the study of general situation of countries in Shanxi Province which takes the production analysis in Pingyao county provided by north branch of economic inquiry agen- cy of the South Manchuria Railway Company as core data and analyzes the land, the people, the crop, and production factors in the Nanzheng village of Pingyao county. The lack of draught animal and land fertilization due to the Japanese invasion to China causes low agricultural output,the upsurge of rent,tax, labor cost, animal cost and brings out vicious circle of agricultural production. Under such a circum- stance, the temporal small - scale peasant economy with scattered land cant bear the heavy burden and therefore becomes worse and worse.
