《心太平轩医案》成书与版本考略

Writing and Versions: Textual Criticism on Xin Tai Ping Xuan Yi An

《心太平轩医案》为清乾隆中期至道光初苏州医家徐锦的医案选集,载案230余则。《中国中医古籍总目》著录有"清黄寿南抄本"、"1912年长沙徐氏刻本"等。经本文考证,"清黄寿南抄本"实为"民国黄寿南抄本","1912年长沙徐氏刻本"应为"1912年长洲徐氏刻本"。医案文辞简练,风格平实,多引《内经》及唐宋以下医家文献,选方则多常用者,于现今中医临证有借鉴价值。

There have been over 230 medical cases in Xin Tai Ping Xuan Yi An. The book is written by Dr. XU Jin in Suzhou from the middle period of Emperor Qian Long to Emperor Dao Guang in the Qing dynasty. In the index of Zhong Guo Zhong Yi Gu Ji Zong Mu,there have existed records of manuscripts by HUANG Shou-nan in the Qing dynasty,XU＇s craving manuscript in Changsha 1912. In this paper,textual criticism proved that the former one is actually HUANG Shou-nan＇s manuscript during the Republic of China and the later should be XU＇s manuscript in Changzhou 1912. These medical cases own the concrete,natural writing style,citing from Neijing and doctors＇ works in the Tang dynasty and the Song dynasty. The prescriptions are common used with value of references in current medicinal practices.
