血脉理论视角下的高血压三期论治

血脉理论"以脉为主体,以气血为物质基础",形成的"气—血—脉"系统有着其自身的生理功能和病理表现。在血脉理论视角下,杨传华教授认为"脉胀"一名更贴切于高血压的中医命名,能更好地解释高血压的发病机制和传变规律。结合多年临床经验,杨传华教授提出肝失疏泄、脾失健运、肾气亏虚是导致高血压的病机关键所在,并呈现出由气入血,由血及脉的病情传变规律和青年在肝、中年及脾、老年入肾的年龄分布规律。治疗上针对不同年龄阶段和病变过程提出了调肝降压、健运脾胃及补肾和脉三大法则分期论治高血压的新见解,为高血压的中医临床诊疗及预防提供了新思路。

Combined with clinical esperience for many years,Professor YANG Chuanhua raises that the catharsis liver failure,spleen invigorating spleen and kidney qi deficiency deficiency is the cause of the key pathogenesis of essential hypertension,and presented by the gas into the blood,by the blood and pulse condition transfer rule and youth in the liver,middle-aged and spleen,old ecstatic age distribution. Treatment process is put forward according to different ages and lesions on liver step-down,both spleen and kidney and laws of three major stages of arteries and veins new insights of treatment of high blood pressure,for the TCM clinical diagnosis and treatment of high blood pressure and prevent provides a new way of thinking.
