滋补肝肾、舒筋缓急法治疗尿毒症不安腿综合征

Nourishing liver and kidney,Shujin agogic combined with different ways of blood purification treatment of uremic restless legs syndrome

目的探讨滋补肝肾,舒筋缓急法联合高通量血液透析并血液灌流治疗尿毒症不安腿综合征临床疗效。方法选取2007年1月-2016年1月洛阳市第二中医院肾内科收治的尿毒症不安腿综合征患者38例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各19例,对照组采用高通量血液透析联合血液灌流治疗,治疗组采用滋补肝肾、舒筋缓急法联合高通量血液透析并血液灌流治疗,观察比较2组临床症状、RLS评分及血B2-MG和PTH变化。结果治疗组总有效率为84%,对照组总效率为68%,治疗组临床症状体征改善显著优于对照组(P<0.05),对照组患者RLS评分显著高于治疗组,2组治疗前后血B2-MG和PTH水平变化明显,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论滋补肝肾,舒筋缓急法联合高通量血液透析并血液灌流治疗能够显著改善患者的临床症状、RLS评分及血B2-MG和PTH水平。

Objective To nourish the liver and kidney,Shujin agogic combined with high flux hemodialysis and hemoperfusion in treatment of uremic patients with restless legs syndrome clinical curative effect. Methods From January 2007 to January 2016,38 cases of uremic restless legs syndrome were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 19 cases in each of the second cases in Luoyang. The control group using high flux hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion treatment,treatment group was treated by nourishing the liver and kidney,Shujin agogic combined with high flux hemodialysis and hemoperfusion treatment,clinical symptoms were observed and compared between the two groups of RLS score and serum B2-MG and PTH changes. Results The treatment group total effective rate was 84%,the control group the total efficiency of 68%,clinical symptoms and signs in treatment group improved significantly better than that of control group（ P 0. 05）,the treatment group is significantly higher than the control group patients RLS score,two groups before and after treatment the blood B2-MG and PTH level changes obviously,comparing the two groups statistically significant difference（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion nourishing liver and kidney,Shujin agogic combined with high flux hemodialysis and hemoperfusion treatment can significantly improve clinical symptoms,RLS score and serum levels of PTH and B2-MG.
