新疆消防官兵工作投入与倦怠的分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的本研究使用工作投入相关测量问卷,对消防官兵工作倦怠进行测量,找出影响工作付出与倦怠的相关因素,为提高其战斗力水平,制定健康保护措施,促进其身心健康提供科学依据。方法本研究采取整群抽样的方法抽取武警新疆公安消防总队下属南、北疆各支队现役的2112名消防官兵作为研究对象,进行工作投入问卷调查。结果工作投入与工作倦怠存在正相关(P<0.01),工作复杂性、工作要求、付出回报失衡、决定自主、发展性和同事支持与工作倦怠存在负相关(P<0.05)。付出回报失衡、发展性和同事支持与工作倦怠存在负向影响(P<0.05),工作投入与工作倦怠有正向影响(P<0.05)。工作复杂性、工作要求、付出回报失衡、决定自主、发展性和同事支持与工作投入存在正相关(P<0.01),工作付出与工作投入存在负相关(P<0.01)。收入、工作要求、发展性和同事支持与工作投入有正向影响(P<0.05),工作付出与工作投入有负向影响(P<0.05)。结论工作要求、工作资源、个体资源、社会资源对新疆消防官兵工作倦怠和工作投入都有不同程度的影响作用,预测效力较为显著。 Objective In this study, frrefighters'job burnout were measured through job involvement questionnaire in order to find the influencing factors of job burnout and improve firefighters' job involvement and combat effectiveness, and then which would help to develop some protection measures and to protect their physical and mental health. Methods 2112 commissioned ftrefighters coming from the south and the north division of Xinjiang Armed Police and fire brigade were taking as research objects aceording to the cluster sampling method, and their situation about Job involvement were investigated through questionnaire. Results Job involvement and job burnout had a positive correlation (P 〈0.01), job eomplexity, job requirements, pay and return imbalance, and independent decision or not, development prospect and support from other co-workers existed a positive correlation with job burnout (P 〈0.05). Pay and return imbalance, development prospect and co-workers' support had a negative impact on job burnout (P 〈0.05). Job involvement had a positive irdluenee on job burnout (P 〈0.05). Complexity of work, job requirements had a positive effect on job burnout (P 〈0.01), level of sacrifiee had a negative correlation with job tiredness (P 〈0.01). Conclusion Job requirements and all kinds of resources all have varying degrees of effects on job burnout. Those factors could be used to predict the job burnout.
