某医院推广的新疆卫生适宜技术的适宜性和满意度的调查分析

Analysis on feasibility and satisfaction about appropriate medical technology in a hospital of Xinjiang

目的了解新疆部分卫生适宜技术的适宜性及满意度。方法对参与卫生适宜技术的3402名学员进行基本信息、适宜技术的适宜度、满意度进行问卷调查。结果参加卫生适宜技术培训有55.61%的学员来自县级医疗机构和乡镇卫生院,中级职称及其以下学员占82.16%,83.27%的学员认为推广的适宜卫生技术在当地适用,87.92%的学员对适宜技术的推广形式满意。结论通过卫生适宜技术的大力推广,可完善基层医务人员的知识结构和技能水平,使广大患者受益,达到项目推广的预期目的;另外,需加强在适宜技术的筛选、培训形式的选择和实施反馈等方面的管理,以提高卫生适宜技术推广的适宜度,保证卫生适宜技术培训效果的质量。

Objective To investigate the suitability and satisfaction of some feasible medical technology in Xinjiang. Methods A total of 3402 trainees who had participated in the feasible medical technology were selected. The questionnaire survey was conducted about basic information, the suitability and the satisfaction of the involved feasible medical technology. Results 55.61% of the trainees were from county-level medical institutions and township hospitals, and 82.16% of them were intermediate professional titles and below. 83.27% of the trainees believed that feasible medical technology were appropriate to be applied locally, 87.92% of the trainees were satisfied with the promotion method of the feasible medical technology. Conclusion The promotion of feasible medical technology can improve the knowledge structure and skill level of primary health care personnel and benefit patients, which are the goals of the feasible medical technology; In addition, right choice about medical technology, training method and quick feedback should be strengthened in order to improve the feasibility of medical technology as well as ensure the quality of training.
