N-pro BNP与冠状动脉病变程度的相关性

Correlation Between N-pro BNP and Coronary Artery Stenosis

目的探讨血浆N-pro BNP水平与冠状动脉病变程度的相关性。方法选择2014年1月至2014年12月我院收治的110例冠心病患者,根据临床症状分为急性心肌梗死组(37例),不稳定型心绞痛组(42例),稳定型心绞痛(31例)3组;根据冠状造影病变情况分为单支组(47例),双支组(30例)与多支组(33例),同时选取冠脉造影检查示血管狭窄度<50%或正常患者20例为对照组。比较不同组之间的血浆N-pro BNP水平变化。结果 1.急性心肌梗死组、不稳定性心绞痛组与稳定性心绞痛组3组之间BNP水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2.单支、双支与三支病变组之间N-pro BNP水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且随着病变支数增加,N-pro BNP水平升高,两者呈正相关(r=0.249,P=0.028)。结论血浆BNP水平可作为冠心病患者冠状动脉粥样硬化严重程度的预测指标。

Objective To investigate the correlation between plasma N-pro BNP level and coronary artery stenesis. Methods A total of 110 patients in our hospital were enrolled from January 2014 to December 2014,and they were divided into acute myocardial infarction group （37 patients）, unstable angina group （42 patients） and stable angina peetofis group （31 patients）, according to the clinical symptoms in patients; and they were also divided into single vessel group （47 patients）, double vessel group （30 patients） and multi-vessel group （33 patients）, according to the coronary angiography, while 20 patients were selected as control group whose vessel stenosis was less than 50% or normal by coronary angiography. The plasma N-pro BNP level between different groups were compared. Results 1.There were significant difference of the plasma N-pro BNP level between acute myocardial infaretlon group, unstable angina group and stable angina peetoris group （P〈0.05）. 2. There were significant difference of the plasma N-pro BNP lavel between single vessel group, double vessel group and multi-vessel group（P〈 0.05）,and the plasma N-pro BNP level were increased with the increase of the number of diseased vessels （r=0.249, P=0.028）. Conclusion The plasma N-pro BNP level can be used as the prediction index of coronary artery stenosis in patients with coronary heart disease.
