基层医院尿微量白蛋白、血清胱抑素C、尿酸对高血压患者早期肾损害的诊断意义

Diagnostic Siginficance of Combined Detecting the Urinary Microalbumin (UmAbl), Cystatin-C (CysC) and Uric Acid (UA) for Hyertensive Early Renal Injury in Grassroots Hospitals

目的探讨尿微量白蛋白(Um Abl)、血清胱抑素C(Cys C)、尿酸(UA)的测定对高血压患者早期肾损害的诊断意义。方法选取2014年06月至2016年04月我院住院的260例高血压病人为对象,选取同期职工体检的102例健康人作为对照组。比较两组的Um Abl、Cys C、UA水平。结果高血压患者Um Abl、Cys C、UA显著高于对照组(P<0.05),血压越高Um Abl、Cys C、UA水平越高。Um Abl阳性率为54.2%,Cys C阳性率为:60.3%,UA阳性率为51.5%。结论基层医院可以通过检测Um Abl、Cys C、UA来作为高血压患者早期肾损害的依据。

Objective To investigate the diagnostic siginficance of combined detecting the urinary microalbumin(Um Abl)and cystatin-C(Cys C) and uric acid(UA)for hyertensive early renal injury. Methods 260 patients with hypertension treated in our hospital from June 2014 to April 2016 were selected as the observation group and 102 healthy people who received physical examination in our hospital in the corresponding period were selected as the control group. Um Abl, Cys C and UA were compared between the patients of two groups. Results The observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group in Um Abl 、Cys C and UA(P<0.05),the higher level of pressue,the higher level of Um Abl 、Cys C and UA. The rate of Um Abl positive was 54.2%,the rate of Cys C positive was60.3%, the rate of UA positive was 51.5%. Conclusion the diagnostic siginficance of combined detecting the urinary microalbumin(Um Abl)、cystatin-C(Cys C) and Uric Acid(UA)for hyertensive early renal injury was remarkable In grassroots hospitals.
