Assessment of therapeutic efficacy of 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy in the treatment of facial flat warts

目的:评价5-氨基酮戊酸光动力(5-ALA-PDT)治疗面部扁平疣的疗效。方法:面部扁平疣患者48例,治疗组24例,采用5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法每周1次。对照组24例,用波长532nm的Q开关Nd:YAG激光照射皮损每周1次。疗程均为3周。治疗结束后判定两组疗效。末次观察后3个月判定两组复发率。结果:治疗组痊愈率为91.67%。3个月后随访,复发1例,复发率为4.17%;对照组痊愈率为83.33%,复发5例,复发率为20.83%,两组复发率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:5-ALA-PDT治疗扁平疣有效、复发率低。

Objective：To assess the efficacy of 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy for the treatment of facial flat warts. Methods ： Forty-eight patients were divided into two groups. Twenty-four patients in the treatment group were treated with 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy once a week for three weeks,and the patients in the control group were treated with 532 nm Q-swith Nd：YAG laser. The efficacy was compared between the two groups after treatment. The recurrence was observed after 3 months of the last treatment. Results ：The cure rate was 91.67% in the treatment group and only one patient relapsed, with a recurrence rate of 4.17%. The cure rate in the control group was 83.33% and 5 cases relapsed with a recurrence rate of 20.83%. The difference between the two groups was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The ALA- PDT therapy for the treatment of facial flat warts is effective with a low recurrence.
