肇庆市某企业铅酸蓄电池改造项目职业病危害控制效果评价

Evaluation on control effect of occupational hazards in a lead-acid battery reconstruction project of a company in Zhaoqing City

目的分析肇庆市某企业铅酸蓄电池改造项目在正常生产期间可能产生的职业病危害因素,并对其危害程度进行检测,评价其职业病危害防护措施及效果,判断其是否达到竣工验收要求。方法通过职业卫生现场调查、职业病危害因素检测、职业健康检查、检查表分析等方法进行评价。结果该企业在生产过程中存在的主要职业病危害因素有铅烟、铅尘、硫酸和噪声。铅烟检测8个点,铅尘检测27个点,硫酸检测16个点,噪声检测20个点,合格率均为100%。结论该改造项目存在的主要职业病危害因素检测结果均合格,采取的职业病防控措施满足职业卫生要求,达到了竣工验收标准。

[Objective] To analyze the occupational hazard factors existed possibly during the normal operation of a lead-acid battery reconstruction project of a company in Zhaoqing city,detect the levels of the occupational hazards,evaluate the proventive measures of occupational hazards and its effect,and determine whether they meet the requirements of completion inspection and acceptance.[Methods]The methods of occupational health filed investigation,occupational hazard factors detection,occupational health examination and check list analysis were adopted for evaluation.[Results]The main occupational hazard factors existed in the production process of the enterprise were lead fume,lead dust,sulfuric acid and noise.8 points of lead fume,27 points of lead dust,8 points of sulfuric acid and 20 points of noise were detected,and the qualified rates were all 100%.[Conclusion]The detection results of the main occupational hazard factors existed in the reconstruction project are all qualified,and the protection and control measures of occupational hazards meet the occupational health requirements.This project reaches the standard of completion inspection and acceptance.
