摘要
目的调查分析青岛市医务人员职业压力状况。方法采用分层随机抽样的方法于2014年1月至6月对青岛市748名医务人员进行人口学特征及职业压力源量表(OSI-2)调查。结果 1医务人员居于前2位的职业压力源分别为工作负荷(65.20±17.42)及人际关系(59.29±21.00)。2中专学历者(60.48±21.01)职业压力得分高于大学(55.23±17.42)及硕士学历者(42.83±17.08)(P<0.05)。3儿科人员(59.48±15.39)得分最高(P<0.05),护理人员(57.37±18.16)得分高于职能(51.70±15.76)(P<0.01)及医技人员(52.06±21.64)(P<0.05)。结论青岛市医务人员主要的职业压力来源为工作负荷及人际关系。不同亚群体的医务人员其职业压力水平不同。提示应采取针对性措施以减轻工作负荷及改善人际环境,缓解其职业压力。
[Objective]To investigate and analyze the occupational stress status of medical workers in Qingdao City.[Methods]Using stratified random sampling method,a total of 748 medical workers were collected from January to June 2014,the demographic characteristics of them were analyzed,and they were investigated by the Occupational Stress Inventory(OSI-2).[Results]1.The top two occupational stressors of medical workers respectively were workload(65.20±17.42)and interpersonal relationship(59.29±21.00).2.The scores of OSI-2 in medical workers with education level of technical secondary school(55.23±17.42)were higher than those in medical workers with education level of university degree(55.23±17.42)and master degree(42.83±17.08)(P〈0.05).3.The scores of OSI-2 in medical workers of pediatrics were the highest(59.48±15.39)(P〈0.05),and scores of nurses(57.37±18.16)were higher than those of functional personnel(51.70±15.76)(P〈0.01)and medical technical staff(52.06±21.64)(P〈0.05).[Conclusion]The main occupational stressors of medical workers in Qingdao City are workload and interpersonal relationship.The occupation pressure levels in different occupational groups of medical staff are various.It is necessary to take targeted measures to reduce the workload level and improve the interpersonal environment to alleviate occupational stress.
